Solvemate Child Safety Standards (CSAE Policy)
Solvemate is committed to providing a safe and secure environment for all users. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy towards Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) and Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM).
1. Zero Tolerance Policy
Any user found to be sharing, promoting, or engaging in any form of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation will have their account permanently terminated without warning. We do not allow any content that depicts, encourages, or facilitates the exploitation of minors.
2. Reporting and Cooperation with Law Enforcement
In compliance with global safety standards and legal requirements, Solvemate reports all confirmed instances of Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and relevant law enforcement agencies. We cooperate fully with authorities to investigate and prosecute those responsible for such content.
3. Monitoring and Proactive Measures
We use a combination of automated scanning technologies and human moderation to detect and remove harmful content. Our team works 24/7 to monitor the platform and ensure that our safety standards are strictly enforced.
4. Age Restrictions
Solvemate is strictly for adults (18+). We use age verification mechanisms and proactive monitoring to ensure that minors do not access the platform. Any account suspected of belonging to a minor will be immediately suspended and investigated.
5. How to Report Safety Concerns
If you encounter any suspicious activity or content that violates our Child Safety Standards, please report it immediately:
- Use the in-app "Report" feature on the specific profile or content.
- Contact our Child Safety Team directly at: info@capelladigital.app
- You can also report CSAM directly to NCMEC at https://report.cybertip.org/
